When you use the contact form, Saikan receives the name, email address, and optional message you submit. The form also uses a security challenge and limited technical signals to prevent automated abuse.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your request, arrange a conversation, keep the contact workflow secure, and maintain a reliable record of business enquiries. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
The website is delivered through Netlify. Contact requests are processed with Supabase, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Resend. These providers process limited information on Saikan's behalf to host the site, prevent abuse, store the request, and deliver the notification email.
Retention and security
Contact records are retained only while they remain useful for the enquiry and related business administration, subject to applicable operational or legal requirements. Access is restricted to authorized operators, and public website visitors cannot read stored enquiries.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. Use the contact page and identify the email address used in your original request.
