Information you provide
When you use the contact form, Saikan receives the name, email address, and optional message you submit. The form also uses a security challenge and limited technical signals to prevent automated abuse.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your request, arrange a conversation, keep the contact workflow secure, and maintain a reliable record of business enquiries. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Preferences and arcade
The site stores your language, site and agent appearance preferences, agent position and arcade best score in this browser; you can clear this data in settings, and your personal or company context lasts only for the session. If you choose to submit a score, it becomes public on the global leaderboard, with an optional name or anonymously, without an account. The leaderboard uses a random browser identifier to maintain your best score and a temporary protected version of your IP address to limit abuse, without storing the original IP address or your gameplay actions. Flowbreak progress, stars and your chosen mascot are saved only in this browser.
Website agent
The agent answers using public Saikan information. Only when you send a message are your request, limited conversation history and page context processed: by OpenAI through Netlify when AI is available, or by the clearly labelled guided mode. The history stays in this tab and can be cleared; the application does not store transcripts on its server. To limit abuse, we keep temporary identifiers and counters, including a protected version of your IP address. Providers apply their own retention practices. Do not enter sensitive information or card details.
Service providers
The website is delivered through Netlify. Contact requests, the leaderboard and agent usage limits use Supabase; the form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile and Resend. These providers process limited information on Saikan's behalf to host the site, prevent abuse, store scores, requests and counters, and deliver the notification email.
Retention and security
Contact records are retained only while they remain useful for the enquiry and related business administration, subject to applicable operational or legal requirements. Access is restricted to authorized operators, and public website visitors cannot read stored enquiries.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. Use the contact page and identify the email address used in your original request.
